Vegan bowl with seaweed noodles and chickpea salsa 
2 portions

Ingrediens: 

1 avocado
150g seaweed noodles
500g chickpea 
5 tomatoes
1 piece of garlic 
A handful of walnuts
Himalayan salt
Coriander 

Directions

1. Rinse the chickpeas and place in a saucepan
2. Chop the tomatoes and and add to the pan
3. Squeeze the garlic, add the coriander, salt and pepper. Stir.
4. Add the noodles in a bowl and cut the avocado.
Pour the salsa and garnish with walnuts. And you're done!
