Raw, sugarfree, glutenfree and vegan chocolate cake

Raw, sugarfree, glutenfree chocolate cake 
 
Ingrediens base:
20 pieces fresh dates
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla powder (not vanilla!)
1 pinch salt flakes
1 single espresso (or about 3 tablespoons strong coffee)
2/3 cup coconut flakes 2 tbsp cocoa powder 6 cups gluten-free oatmeal
1 cup walnuts

Topping:
1 avocado
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon coconut oil
5 dates

Do this: Core out of dates. Mix the dates, coconut oil, coffee, cocoa, coconut flakes, salt, vanilla powder and oatmeal so it mixes well. (There will be a sticky mess). Coarsely chop the nuts and add them to the batter and mix well. Press out the beef and dadelblandingen in a form (or small molds, preferably in aluminum). Mix then all the ingredients for the topping and spread the across the bottom. Let stand in refrigerator until all solidified.

Ingredienser bas:
20 st färska dadlar
2 msk kokosolja
1 tsk vaniljpulver (inte vaniljsocker!)
1 nypa flingsalt
1 enkel espresso (alternativt ca 3 msk starkt kaffe)
2/3 dl kokosflingor
2 msk kakaopulver
6 dl glutenfria havregryn
1 dl valnötter

Topping:
1 avokado
2 msk kakao
1 tsk kokosolja
5 dadlar

Gör såhär: 
Kärna ut dadlarna. Mixa dadlar, kokosolja, kaffe, kakao, kokosflingor, salt, vaniljpulver och havregryn så det blandar sig väl. (Det ska bli en kladdig röra). Grovhacka nötterna och tillsätt dem i smeten och blanda väl.
Tryck ut nöt-och dadelblandingen i en form (alternativt små formar, gärna i aluminium).
Mixa sedan alla ingredienser för toppingen och bre ut över botten. Låt stå i kyl tills allt stelnat.
