
Oatmeal reciepe:
- 1⁄2cup glutenfree oats
- 3⁄4cup almond milk
- 1tablespoon agave syrup
- 1pinch himalayan
- 1teaspoon cinnamon
Reciepe banana/coconut balls - 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- A pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Mix the banana and add coconut oil and vanilla powder.
2. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
3. Roll the banana mix in shredded coconut
